Return and Refund Policy

  • Exchange window: Eligible items can be exchanged within 7–10 days of delivery, unless specified otherwise on the product page.

  • Eligibility: Only unused parts in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoice are accepted; electrical/electronic parts and custom-ordered items are returnable only if dead on arrival or defective.

  • Fitment/compatibility: Returns due to incorrect vehicle fitment are accepted if ordered with documented fitment guidance; otherwise, a restocking fee may apply, disclosed at checkout/policy page.

  • Damage/defects on delivery: Report visible damage, missing items, or wrong product within 48 hours with photos/videos for a no-cost replacement/refund.

  • Pick-up or self-ship: Reverse pick-up will be scheduled where serviceable; otherwise, ship to the provided warehouse address with the order ID on the package.

  • RTO/undelivered parcels: If an order returns to origin due to non-delivery (NDR), reshipment can be arranged; refunds for prepaid orders are issued minus two-way freight if customer unavailability/denial is confirmed.

  • Refund method & timeline: Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method; typical banking timelines are 5–10 working days post initiation as per payment rails.

  • Exchange option: Like-for-like replacement is offered for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability; otherwise, a refund is processed.

  • Non-returnable conditions: Installed, used, soiled, or tampered parts; items without original packaging/invoice; consumables and fluids after opening, unless defective.

  • Cancellation: No cancellation charges before dispatch; post-dispatch cancellations are treated as returns under this policy per e-commerce rules.

  • Grievance redressal: A designated Grievance Officer acknowledges complaints within 48 hours and resolves them within 1 month, per Consumer Protection rules.

  • Transparency: Full return/refund terms are displayed on product pages and checkout; once published, timelines and commitments are honored as part of the contract with the consumer.
